New Biosecurity Act
To create a simpler and more effective legal framework for the management of:
- pests, diseases and weeds
- trade in plant and animal products
- biosecurity emergencies.
Objective: Improved and more efficient management of biosecurity in South Australia and a reduction in administrative and compliance burden for government and industry.
